Terms & Conditions

Check-In/Arrival: from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The time of arrival will be settled at the confirmation of the booking. On arriving at the B&B the registration will be done where the guests must show a valid document of indentification.
Check-Out/Departure: by 10.00 am, to allow the cleaning of the rooms. If check-out is after 10.00 am must be previous arragement with the B&B administration. Before departing our guests are kindly asked to leave the keys of the apartment.

All the products needed for the breakfast will be free catered for free by B&B administration. Every guest will take care in complete autonomy of his own breakfast.

The host can enter the rooms, if free, for the daily tidying. If during the time in which cleaning is effected (10:30 am/12:30 am) the rooms are occupied, the daily tidying will not be carried out (unless there has been a previous arrangement with the host about a change of cleaning time). Please keep every room clean and tidy.

The booking must be made by email, an email of confirmation and acceptance from the B&B management will follow. The booking will only be confirmed when the guest makes the payment (through transfer, credit card, PayPal, etc.) of the deposit equal to 20% of the amount of the entire stay. The balance of the entire payment must be made at the Check In (by cash, credit card or debit card). Early departure will not be refunded.

If cancellations are made at least 7 days before the first day of the stay, the deposit will be completely refunded. If the cancellation arrives later, it will not be refunded but it will be withheld for the incovenience caused.

In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel your reservation, we will warn you as soon as possible and try to find you an accomodation with similar characteristics to ours. B&B Città Turrita will not be responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances like natural disasters, fires or wars. These events should be covered by travel insurance.

The prices refer to the rooms and include breakfast, the free services mentioned in the website, sheets, towels and tablecloths. In periods of fairs/festivities prices may change. Agree with the Management.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in all the B&B. It is not allowed to bring friends, relatives or other people that are not staying in the B&B, unless it has been previously scheduled with the B&B management. Do not go around the B&B “wearing” clothes that could offend other guests. Do not disturb the neighborhood in any way. Guests are expected to be quiet from 11 pm to 8 am and from 2 pm to 4 pm. Please be careful to switch off the light in the rooms, the air conditioners and other electronic devices when you leave your room or the B&B.

Every guest must repay any damage to the B&B or services provided.
